There are 3 Stages in the Building Design and Drafting process;
Stage 1: Preliminary Layout. During this introductory stage the ideal floor plans are designed and approved.
Stage 2: Preliminary Elevation. During this stage the exterior of the project starts taking shape in accordance with the design brief.
Stage 3: Completion of Construction Drawings. Lastly, your plans are converted into working drawings for council building approval and construction.
